Review Articles

Review Articles provide a critical, systematic, or integrative examination of existing scholarly literature, theoretical frameworks, empirical findings, or emerging developments in business innovation, digital transformation, and related disciplines.

They should go beyond merely summarizing previous publications by identifying patterns, debates, research gaps, theoretical developments, or implications for future research and legal practice.

Review Articles should demonstrate a clear review objective, a transparent approach to selecting and analyzing relevant sources, and a coherent synthesis of the literature or legal materials examined.

General Requirements
