Abstract

The growth of digital technology and artificial intelligence has pushed companies to handle their employees in a more adaptable and data-based way. Talent Intelligence has become a way to combine worker data, technology, analysis, and people factors to help make better decisions in human resources. This study looks at how Talent Intelligence is used in managing people, what role it plays in finding and boosting employee skills, how technology that uses data affects this process, and what things help or stop organizations from using it effectively today. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review method, which includes steps like searching for sources, screening them, selecting the most relevant ones, and then analyzing the content to find themes and patterns. The results show that Talent Intelligence helps companies find out what each person is good at, understand their skills, help them grow and stay with the company, and plan for future work needs by using data from employees, analyzing people data, and applying artificial intelligence. How well it works depends on the quality of the data, the ability to analyze it, how ready the organization is for digital tools, the rules in place to manage it, and the role people play in using it. The main difficulties are biased algorithms, keeping personal information safe, and how technology can't fully understand human feelings and situations. Talent Intelligence connects technology with talent growth to make organizations more flexible and prepared.
