Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkan layanan keuangan digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan kinerja keuangan. Namun, literasi keuangan digital yang terbatas dan akses terhadap layanan keuangan masih menjadi hambatan signifikan dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan digital dan FinTech terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM melalui peran mediasi inklusi keuangan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksploratif yang melibatkan 200 pemilik UMKM yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan digital dan FinTech secara positif memengaruhi inklusi keuangan dan kinerja keuangan UMKM. Inklusi keuangan juga secara positif memengaruhi kinerja keuangan dan sebagian memediasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan digital, FinTech, dan kinerja keuangan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan literasi keuangan digital, optimalisasi pemanfaatan FinTech, dan perluasan inklusi keuangan secara terintegrasi merupakan strategi penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan keberlanjutan UMKM.
