Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of marketing strategies on increasing customer satisfaction. This research identifies various marketing strategies used by companies and analyzes how the implementation of these strategies affects the level of consumer satisfaction. The research methods used include surveys and data analysis to understand customer perceptions and levels of satisfaction with the marketing strategies implemented by the company. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insight for companies in increasing customer satisfaction through implementing effective marketing strategies.
