Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of constructive leadership and social capital on employee well-being in the context of the work environment. Through a quantitative research approach, data was collected from a number of respondents who were part of various organizations. Regression analysis is used to evaluate the relationship between constructive leadership variables, social capital, and employee well-being. The research results show that constructive leadership and social power significantly contribute to the level of employee well-being. The managerial implications of these findings are discussed to help organizations improve the quality of their work environment and the well-being of their employees.
